With both stepping motors and piezo drive systems, we provide various levels of precision and travel distance to meet different application demands, including long travel distances and motor movements at sub-micron levels. We also offer low outgassing vacuum-compatible electric stages for use in vacuum chambers and with other vacuum-rated components. In addition to electric stages (automated stages) that can be linked for multi-axis motion control and increased versatility, we have some manual stages that are designed to be compatible with electric stages to provide adjustment capabilities for axes that do not require electric stages.
